Privacy Policy
What Floo stores about you, and how it is used.
Your account
To sign you in we store your email address, your display name and, if you add one, a profile picture. Sign-in sessions are handled by our authentication provider.
What you make
Canvases, frames, comments, versions and uploaded assets are stored so you and the people you share them with can open them. Imports keep a snapshot of the pages you choose; scripts are removed.
Keys and connections
Model keys you add for the Floo Agent are kept in an encrypted vault and never shown again; we display only the last four characters. Agent keys are stored as hashes. Linear and Slack tokens are stored encrypted and used only for the work you start.
Agents
An agent acts as the person who connected it. When the Floo Agent runs on your key, the brief and the frames it needs are sent to the model provider you chose, under that provider’s terms.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Settings. Your personal canvases, keys and connections are removed with it; canvases that belong to a team stay with the team.
