Imports

Capture a website, sync a live app, or read a GitHub repository into editable frames.

Open Import from Home, the sidebar or a canvas's top bar. Without a canvas, an import makes a new one.

Website

Paste a URL to import that page, or turn on Import the entire website to discover public pages on the same site first. When several pages are found, a review step lists them all, selected by default; uncheck what you don't need and import the rest.

Pages land as editable HTML snapshots: scripts, iframes and noscript content are removed, and the result stays commentable and editable like any frame.

Live app

For apps a crawler can't reach — behind a login, a VPN or on localhost. Create a sync key for the canvas, then paste one script tag into your app's layout:

<script async src="<worker-url>/canvas-sync.js?key=<sync-key>"></script>

As you click through the app, each screen is captured as a frame, and Floo maps how the screens connect. The key only writes to that canvas; revoke it from the same screen at any time. A canvas can hold up to 20 sync keys.

GitHub repository

Connect a repository as owner/repository, with a token or the GitHub app. Floo reads its routes and lists the screens it found; an agent then rebuilds each one as a frame.

Sync keys and repository connections are for canvas members. People who only reach a canvas through a share link can't create them.
