Gemini CLI

Add Floo to Google's Gemini CLI.

Add the server

gemini mcp add --transport http --scope user floo https://worker.floo.design/mcp

--scope user adds it for every project; without it, Gemini CLI adds it to the current project. For the Apps library on its own:

gemini mcp add --transport http --scope user floo-apps https://worker.floo.design/mcp/apps

Or edit settings.json

The command writes this to ~/.gemini/settings.json (or .gemini/settings.json in a project). Gemini CLI calls a Streamable HTTP address httpUrl:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "floo": {
      "httpUrl": "https://worker.floo.design/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Sign in

Start gemini and run /mcp auth floo. Approve access to Floo in the browser tab that opens; /mcp then lists Floo's tools.

Without a browser

With an agent key:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "floo": {
      "httpUrl": "https://worker.floo.design/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer cvk_your_agent_key"
      }
    }
  }
}
