Windsurf

Add Floo to Windsurf's Cascade through mcp_config.json.

Add the server

In Windsurf, open Settings → Cascade → MCP Servers → Manage MCP Servers → View raw config (the file is ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json) and add Floo. Windsurf calls the address serverUrl:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "floo": {
      "serverUrl": "https://worker.floo.design/mcp"
    },
    "floo-apps": {
      "serverUrl": "https://worker.floo.design/mcp/apps"
    }
  }
}

floo-apps is optional: it is the Apps library on its own.

Save the file and click Refresh in the MCP panel. When Windsurf asks, sign in to Floo in the browser and approve the connection.

Without a browser

If your Windsurf version can't sign in to remote servers, use an agent key:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "floo": {
      "serverUrl": "https://worker.floo.design/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer cvk_your_agent_key"
      }
    }
  }
}

Start designing

Open Cascade and send:
